"Weavise" is a Swiss nonprofit dedicated to reimagining psychiatric facilities and reshaping how society sees mental health. We bridge the gap between lived experience and evidence-based design to create therapeutic environments that prioritize recovery, dignity, and human connection. Recognizing that a healing space must support everyone inside it, we advocate a truly user-centered approach for both patients and staff. Through on-site architectural research, interdisciplinary collaboration, and active cultural outreach, we use art and design to humanize care, destigmatize mental illness, and give voice back to the people at the heart of the system.
